Reflection prompts are for your private use. Do not send the business sensitive financial or personal information. We have not added advertising trackers or a marketing mailing list.

Support tickets

The website support portal is our customer contact route and shows whether ticket submissions are available. If you choose to submit a ticket, we use the information you enter to respond to and manage your request. The portal is hosted on Mikashu and uses ChatGPT sign-in. It stores support messages and the account identifier so customers and authorized staff can view their conversation. Customer messages are privately forwarded through Resend to the staff notification inbox; staff replies are read in the website portal. Your private reflections are not automatically included. Do not submit sensitive financial or personal information.

The hosting provider processes ordinary connection data needed to deliver and secure the website, such as an IP address and request information. This page does not promise that hosting activity is unlogged.

Amazon and Mikashu are separate destinations with their own privacy terms. Mikashu is the paid, proprietary financial calculator platform from our parent company, De Gaglia Daughters & Co. Calculator entries there are governed by Mikashu’s privacy information.
