Space to think about money differently.

Read these prompts or use them in a private journal. There is no form to submit, no diagnosis, and no personal information to upload.

A little more space to reflect.

Our three-page reflection workbook expands these six themes with questions, room to write, and one small action for each topic. Work through one theme at a time, at your own pace.

Quick reflection prompts

Money beliefs

Finish this sentence privately: Growing up, money meant ____. Which parts of that message still fit your values today?

Feelings and spending

Think about a recent money decision. Separate what happened, how you felt, and what you assumed would happen next. This is reflection, not a diagnosis.

Money and self-worth

Describe a financial setback as an event rather than a personal identity. What facts can you state without labeling yourself?

Family conversations

Each person can name one thing money represents to them: security, freedom, care, status, or something else. Different meanings can explain a disagreement without deciding who is right.

Values and tradeoffs

Write down what matters to you before comparing costs. A tradeoff is a choice between uses of limited resources, not a verdict about your worth.

Facts and assumptions

For a question you are considering, make three lists: what you know, what you are assuming, and what remains unknown. A calculation is only as complete as its inputs.
